Who We Are
Founder - Jeff Yang
Jeff is the Founder and CEO of Color Blast Ventures, LLC. He is currently a Recruiting and People Operations Consultant, product advisor, Executive Producer, and an angel investor in companies at various stages of funding and growth.
He specializes in partnering with executives, people leaders, and recruiting teams on recruiting process, strategy, and systems implementation. Previously, he has built and led many foundational teams within recruiting organizations at many well-known tech companies such as Google, Facebook, Dropbox, and Lyft.
Jeff graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelors degree in Legal Studies with an emphasis in Business Administration through the Haas School of Business.
